Terms for Refunds

In case of transaction made to purchase a ticket for the event through Jockey Morning Fitness Party, a customer is not entitled to a refund if he/she has failed to attend the event.

Cases of Refund

• All refund amounts shall be credited in the customer’s bank account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card
• Jockey Morning Fitness Party’s decision on refunds shall be at their sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
• Jockey Morning Fitness Party reserves the right to modify the terms for refunds at any given time without prior notice to any customers

Terms for Cancellations

• Jockey Morning Fitness Party is not responsible for cancellation of the event
• If the user does not turn up for the event- No refund or reschedule is applicable.
• Jockey Morning Fitness Party’s decision on cancellations shall be at their sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
• Jockey Morning Fitness Party reserves the right to modify the terms for cancellation at any given time without prior notice to any customers
